webmaster is find good
quality backlinks, and find
a lot of them! I personally

plug but they truly are one

As many of you know search
engines for the most part
take 3 things into
consideration when they rank
a website.

1. Your Website
How well is your
website
designed, does
it load fast? Do
you have any
pop-ups on the
main loading
page? Do you
have well
written title,
description, and
keyword
meta-tags? The
list goes on but
you get the
general idea.
2. Traffic
How much traffic
does your
website receive?
The more traffic
you get the more
valuable your
site is to
search engines
and they will
rank you higher.
3. Back-Links
How many
websites link to
you? This is
arguable the
most important
of the 3, if you
have more
websites
pointing to your
website it is
more likely to
be found by
search engines
over and over
again thus
making the
search engines
believe that you
have a very
popular website
that is talked
about a lot, so
they want to
rank you up at
the top. |
You can
purchase text links from a
number of text link brokers,
you can even find them
through online auctions.
Paid links are wonderful but
Free is better. Try adding a
button or icon to your
website with the script
already prepared for others
so they can very easily add
your site to their website.
What about Banner and Text
Link Exchanges?
Exchanges are one of the
many great ways to get your
website posted fast, they do
not hold as much credibility
as one way links but if your
looking for a starting point
this would be a great place.
